Mr Rodney Jenkins is a retired SEPTA worker who lives in the Strawberry Mansion neighborhood of Philadelphia. He is happy to be joining the outstanding team at Fishadelphia. He's grateful to be able to serve the community by helping distribute fish to Philly.
