Nia joined Fishadelphia as a customer before joining the team as a staff member in the spring of 2019. When Nia isn’t spreading the word about Fishadelphia, she is an instructor of Culinary Arts at Simon Gratz Mastery Charter. She is also a prolific culinary artist, developing new recipes and educating her community about Southern African American foodways.
