I want seafood but don't want my membership to be automatically renewed
Fishadelphia has recently introduced a new membership system through which you can sign up for Annual, School Year, Seasonal, or Monthly memberships that renew automatically.
Why would auto-renewal benefit you? We hope it will make it easier for you to receive seafood continuously, without having to remember to sign up all over again each season! Additionally, staying on auto-renewal buffers you from future increases in Seafood Club prices.
Why does auto-renewal benefit us? In our continued effort to become financially sustainable, this will help us make the process of transitioning from season to season more efficient, and in particular reduce disruptions and dips in memberships at the beginning of each season. We also view our memberships as more than just buying fish. We hope that when you join our Seafood Club, you feel like you are participating in a community, one in which we sustain connection, build, and grow together.
“But,” you might ask, “what if I want my Fishadelphia seafood, but I don’t want my membership to be automatically renewed?”
No problem!
You can subscribe for a membership, and then cancel it immediately. That will keep the subscription you just paid for, but means it will not be renewed automatically. We’ve recorded a video below that shows you how to do it, and here are written instructions:
Purchase a membership (annual, seasonal, or monthly), and create an account with a password when you check out.
On our web site, click on SHOP NOW: MY ACCOUNT and login using your email address.
Click on SUBSCRIPTIONS, and click on the subscription you just purchased.
Scroll down to the bottom, and click CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION (in red).

If you have trouble with this process, just send us an email at <fishadelphia.csf@gmail.com>, and we can cancel it manually for you.
