The Barnegat Oyster Collective is a group of oyster growers working to support and preserve oyster farming in Barnegat Bay. We've contracted them to deliver our seafood from New Jersey to Philly. Talia first met Matty Gregg ten years ago when she traded a box of cookies in exchange for a handful of oysters for her dissertation research project.
