Keep in mind these tips for pickup (fall '21)
If your name isn't on a cooler, please don't take a share — contact us by text/call (267.666-0924) or email (email@example.com) and we will follow up.
Please pick up your seafood during the pickup window. (Find pickup info here.) If you know in advance that you won't be able to make your pickup, feel free to make arrangements for a friend to pick up for you. You can also let us know you’d like to give away your share; we would donate it to a student or one of our mutual aid partners.
If you do miss your pickup, please contact your host directly if you want to coordinate. Please keep in mind that your host may or may not be able to accommodate you at another time, and if you are not able to coordinate a pickup within 48 hours, your seafood may no longer be available.
You can find your host contact info in the welcome email we sent when you signed up. If you don’t remember receiving it, try searching your email, including spam, for the phrase “Welcome to Fishadelphia!” If you still can’t find it, contact us.
On a given pickup week, any swag orders and season location changes that were requested before we send the fish reveal email will be honored. Any requests made after will be honored on the following pickup.
We have had trouble with customers not receiving the swag they reserved. Every piece of swag has a customer’s name on it. Please don’t take swag unless your name is on it.
Remember to bring a bag to transport your fish home! We will be phasing out plastic bags as part of Philadelphia’s plastic bag ban. You can support us by buying our Fishadelphia insulated bag through our website; it’s good for catching leaks and keeping your fish cool!
Please maintain social distance and try to wear a mask while picking up your fish; many people remain unvaccinated and vulnerable. Let's all stay safe!
