McGee's Shellfish

Owned and operated by Joe McGee, McGee's Shellfish is a shellfish farm in waters behind Longport and Margate in Southern New Jersey. Their oyster, called Silky Salts, are known for their smooth texture and salty but slightly sweet taste! Their farming methods are sustainable and are actually great for the ecology of the bays by filtering the water. Fishadelphia was delighted to be introduced to McGee’s delicious Silky Salts by Randall’s Seafood.
